Fast Track Roles
- Development Lead - Jamie Oastler
- Install Wordpress
- Integrate plugins that meet the functional requirement needs
- Add placeholder content for sub-sections of the site
- Assist with design integration from css -> WP theme
- Assist with content load / user training
- Design Lead - Tom? TBD
- Co-ordinate the iterations of design by 2-person teams for header, footer, navigation, page templates, etc.
- Consolidate the selected design elements into a composite .psd fileset
- Convert .psd into a cross-browser compliant css
- Integrate css template into a Wordpress theme
- Content Lead - Kerry Chalmers
- Capture current burnon.ca content into a local file
- Identify structure / taxonomy for the new site
- Identify what areas are missing information and task appropriate resources to create content
- Once Design & Develop tasks are to a functional point - begin integrating new content
- Prioritize defects raised during alpha and beta testing
